PURPOSE:To enable easy manufacture of the title device and increase its reliability by integrally forming a main electrode pin part and a matrix wiring part on an insulative substrate. CONSTITUTION:In an accumulated electrode-type static recording head, a main electrode part M is composed of a main electrode pin part and a matrix wiring part Q. The main electrode pin part is constituted with, for instance, 3,072 pieces (12 pieces/mm) of main electrode a1'...a64', b1'...b64' arranged in a single row on a ceramic substrate S. The matrix wiring part Q consists of main electrode leads a1...a64, b1...b64 which are connected to a main electrode respectively, and 128 pieces of signal line o1, p1...o64, p64, formed on the same substrate S in the form of a matrix. Further the title head is composed of the first and second control electrode parts K, L which hold the main electrode part M with a prearranged space, for instance, using a mold with epoxy resin E. |
