PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. having excellent chemical resistance and frosting characteristics and well-balanced physical properties, by blending a specified graft polymer with a maleimide copolymer and an olefin copolymer having epoxy groups. CONSTITUTION:5-80wt% rubbery polymer (a) is polymerized with 95-20wt% at least two compds. (b) selected from the group consisting of arom. vinyl compds. (i), unsaturated nitrile compds. (ii) and alkyl esters of unsaturated carboxylic acids (iii) to obtain graft polymer (A) having a graft ratio of 20-150% and a weight-average particle size of 0.05-3mu. Separately, 1-75wt% maleimide compd. (c) is reacted with 99-25wt% at least one compd. (d) selected from the group consisting of the components (i) to (iii) to obtain a maleimide copolymer (B) having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.4-1.3. 10-90wt% component A is blended with 5-80wt% component B, 0.5-40wt% olefin copolymer (C) having epoxy groups, composed of an unsaturated epoxy compd. (d), an olefin (e) and optionally, an ethylenically unsaturated compd. (g) and 0-80wt% copolymer (D) of the component (b). |
