PURPOSE:To perform antislip control easily and efficiently, by feeding the braking hydraulic pressure passed through a pressure reducing value at a starting period and controlling a slipped state on the basis of a slip threshold value, while at the time of braking, feeding the high hydraulic pressure not passed through the pressure reducing valve and controlling a decelerated state on the basis of a decelerated state threshold value, respectively. CONSTITUTION:In slip control at a starting period, the braking hydraulic pressure passed through a pressure reducing valve 27 is fed to feed-discharge valve groups, and a slipped state is controlled on the basis of a slip threshold value commanding motion of these feed-discharge valve groups by a control part 35. And, with the braking hydraulic pressure decompressed properly, driving wheels D displays such suitable driving force that is small in a slip. At the time of braking, the high-pressure braking hydraulic pressure not passed through the pressure reducing valve 27 is fed to these feed-discharge valve groups, commanding motion of these feed-discharge valve groups by the control part 35, and a decelerated state is controlled on the basis of a decelerated state threshold value. And, with sufficiently high braking hydraulic pressure, effective brake control is performable in a state that a wheel lock will not occur.
