PURPOSE:To contrive improvements in thickness accuracy and a molding speed of a film, by a method wherein static electrifying equipment is provided close to a position where the film comes into contact with a cooling roll and a static charge eliminator is provided close to a position where the film is peeled off from the cooling roll. CONSTITUTION:A film 14 extruded through a lip port 12a of a T die 12 is kept winding round a wind-up roll 20 by passing through a cooling roll 16 and roll 18. As the film 14 is electrified extending over the whole area by a high-frequency electrifying electrode 22 at a position directly before coming into contact with the cooling roll 16, the film 14 adheres closely to the cooling roll 16 with static attraction, during which the film 14 is cooled suddenly. As a static charge eliminating electrode 26 is provided at a position directly before peeling off from the cooling roll 16, the film 14 is released from the state of electrification, creases are not generated and the film 14 is kept to peel off smoothly from the cooling roll 16. Therefore, a molding speed can be improved by making a feed rate of the film 14 high. Then thickness accuracy of the film 14 also is improved as the film 14 is stuck close to the cooling roll 16 and cooled. |
