PURPOSE:To aim at the extension of a wiping area, by rotating a main frame by a motor, while shifting different diametral gears and racks via the crank installed solidly with the turning shaft, and making a slide frame so as to be slidden. CONSTITUTION:At the wiper operation, an arm driving shaft 33 is rotated by a driver 38, and the main frame 21 locked to this shaft 33 is rocked within the range of the specified angle. And, a crank driving shaft 25 extending as piercing through a center hole of the arm driving shaft 33 is rotated, and the crank member 26 installed in the upper end is rotated as well. With this rotation, a second rack 74 is pushed out via a rod 96, while a pinion 81 of different diametral gears 24 is rotated, and simultaneously a first rack 71 is pushed out to the right at high speed. With this constitution, the slide frame 23 connected to the first rack 41 is largely shifted more than the ordinary position, thus a wider area is wiped clean by a wiper blade. |
