PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition containing a specific polyol, an -NCO group-containing silane coupling agent and a polyisocyanate compound, having excellent adhesivity, chemical resistance and heat resistance and useful for various plastic films, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition having excellent adhesivity at high temperature contains (A) a polyol having >=2 -OH groups in one molecule [e.g. a compound produced by reacting one or more compounds comprising polyether polyol and/or polyester polyol with a polyisocyanate at an equivalent ratio (-NCO/-OH) of 0.5-0.9], (B) a silane coupling agent having -NCO group in the molecule [e.g. a compound of formula (n is 2-5; R is none or -CH3; R' is -CH3 or -C2H5; m is 3 when R is none and m is 2 when R is -CH3)] and (C) a polyisocyanate compound.
