PURPOSE:To accurately position the turning center of a turning arm by forming a spindle by an engagement part having a notch at a part of the surrounding of the engagement to a positioning hole and bringing the engagement part into contact with three points of the positioning hole. CONSTITUTION:The tip of a 1st engagement part 5a is in contact with a stopper 12 on the way of a 2nd engagement part 6 entering the centering positioning hole of a turning arm 9 after the 1st engagement part 5 enters the hole 11 completely. Then a spindle 5a having the 1st engagement part 5 is descended by pushing the turning arm 9 to the drive spindle part 4 and moved to a 2nd location 13b from a 1st location 13a according to a guide slot 13 provided to a cylindrical spindle 6a and having the 2nd engagement part 6. Thus, the spindle 5a having the 1st engagement part 5 is turned slightly while being descended as shown in the arrow. When the lower end of the turning arm 9 is in contact with a table 16, a magnet 17 provided in the table 16 and an attracting member 21 provided to the turning arm 9 are attracted to complete the engagement between the turning arm 9 and the drive spindle 4.
