The hydraulic valve for steering assemblies comprises an element (17) for the distribution of the pressurized fluid between a hydraulic steering actuator (2) of a steering assembly and a secondary device (5), and a pressure selection valve (18) adapted to control said distributor element (17) so as to keep constant at an adjustable value the pressure differential between the inlet to said hydraulic steering actuator and said steering assembly.
