PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chewable formulations in which adhesion to the tooth is significantly suppressed and the unpleasant taste specific to dietary fibers is reduced, and thereby the feel of ingestion is comprehensively improved, while the chewable formulations contain a predetermined quantity or more of dietary fibers.SOLUTION: A chewable formulation contains at least 15% by weight of dietary fibers in 100% by weight of the formulation, being characterized in that (A) the above-mentioned dietary fibers are water-soluble dietary fibers and insoluble dietary fibers, and additionally, (B) natural sweeteners and synthetic sweeteners, as well as (C) acidulant are contained.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
