PURPOSE:To learn the color of printed matter which is assumed from the combi nation of dot % values of yellow (Y), magenta (M), cyan (C), and black (K) by inputting digital signals which indicates the dot % values of Y, M, C, and K from a color separation scanner, and displaying them by analog conversion. CONSTITUTION:Digital signals YS, MS, CS, and KS inputted from an input adapter to a system bus are read in a microcomputer control circuit 80 and the read digital signals YS, MS, CS, and KS are converted by graphic data (coordinates, etc.) in preset analog representation and inputted to the image controller 72 of a display control circuit 70. The image controller 72 stores the data in an image memory 71 successively and when the storage is completed, the analog expression of the dot % values is displayed on a display 90. An operator, therefore, sets color separation conditions in the color separation scanner over a lock at the display values. |
