摘要

PURPOSE:To enhance the safety by always feeding fail-safe data to an interface unit connected to a main control section and having a plurality of terminal nodes including various electrical equipments so that instructions corresponding to the newest data are issued upon occurrence of communication hindrance between the interface unit and the main control section. CONSTITUTION:A network system for vehicle is arranged such that a main control section 1 is connected thereto with an interface unit 2 and a plurality of terminal nodes 4 including various electrical equipments 3. In this arrangement, the main control section 1 is provided therein with a date preparing means 5 for preparing fail safe data indicating fail-safe operation in accordance with the situations of the various electrical equipments 3 and a transmitting means 6 for transmitting the above-mentioned data. Meanwhile the interface unit 2 is provided therein with a storage means 7 for storing data and a hindrance detecting means 9 for detecting communication hindrance between the interface unit 2 and the main control section 1. Further, upon occurrence of communication hindrance an instruction signal corresponding to fail-safe data stored in the storage means 7 is issued from an instruction output means 10.
