PURPOSE:To prevent an overshoot from occurring by judging a fact that a car shifts from an ascent to a level or the like at a time when a accumulated integral compensation value is larger than the setting value and the detected car speed and the set car speed are reversed, and calculating the accumulated integral compensation value cumulatively to the return side. CONSTITUTION:In this controller, there is provided with an actuator 14 driving a throttle valve 12 being set up in a suction passage 10. Also there is provided with a device 16 which controls the actuator 14 to secure the desired set car speed and sets opening of the throttle valve 12. In addition, when is difference between the detected car speed out of a car speed sensor 18 and the set car speed of a set switch 46, a device 20, performing cumulative calculation with the specified pattern to compensate the setting throttle opening. And, when the accumulated integral compensation value is larger than the specified value and the detected car speed and the set car speed are reversed, there is provided with a device 22 which performs the culative calculation that the integral compensation value is turned to the return side with the specified pattern.
