<p>The headlamp is of the type comprising a housing (10) and a sealed glass lens (12) defining an inner space, a cover (24) sealing the housing in its rear region, a lamp (16) and a reflector located inside the inner space and means for ventilating the inner space in the form of an annular channel (28) open to the inner space of the headlamp in its upper region and open to the outside in its lower region. The channel (28) is defined by a groove on the inner surface of a peripheral rim axial to the said cover and is open to the outside by at least one slit-shaped opening (26a) formed in the said rim in a circumferential direction. Furthermore, there are formed, on either side of the opening or openings in the said circumferential direction and transversely to the latter, two small walls (29b) projecting downwards from the said rim. <IMAGE></p> |
