PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food suitable for children, old people and patients without a fear of producing a bad influence due to fiber products absorbing gastric juice or rapid expansion in the intestines in ingestion, by dispersing dietary fibers in a jelly-like food. CONSTITUTION:The aimed food obtained by dispersing dietary fibers (preferably rice fiber, wheat fiber or soya bean jam) in a jelly-like food. The obtained food is preferably contained in a custard pudding container or processed into a canned food. Furthermore, the food is preferably thermally sterilized under a high pressure. |
