PURPOSE:To prevent the concentration of stress, which is yielded at the inner part of a resin sealed package due to thermal stress, at the outer edge of a tab and to prevent the occurrence of cracks in the package, by forming a trimming part at the outer edge of the tab, which is a pellet attaching part, in a staircase shape. CONSTITUTION:A trimming part 10 is formed at the outer edge of a tab 8, which is an attaching part of a pellet, in a staircase shape. The pellet 12 is sealed in a package 14 with a resin. Even if stress is yielded in the inside of the package 14 due to temperature cycle tests and the like, and then the package 14, the pellet 12 and the tab 8 are separated; the concentration phenomenon of the stress at the package in contact with the outer edge of the tab 8 is avoided because the trimming part 10 is provided at the outer edge of the tab 8. As a result, cracks, which will occur in the package 14 due to the stress concentration, are prevented.
