PURPOSE:To perform analog multiplication broad in operating range with a simple constitution, by multiplying the input voltage of the voltage impedance converter consisting of two FETs of equal characteristics and operational amplifiers by the input voltage of the impedance current limit circuit. CONSTITUTION:Two FETs Q1, Q2 having equal characteristics are formed on one pellet. Since the FETs can be kept at equal temperature conditions, both the characteristics can be kept equal. Further, the impedance proportional to the input voltage EiA of the voltage impedance converter consisting of FETQ1, Q2 and the operational amplifier OP1 is taken out. Further, to regulate the current flowing to this impedance, the voltage EiB applied to the input circuit having the resistance Ri and the voltage EiA input to the voltage impedance converter are multiplied for output. Thus, with a simple constitution, the analog multiplication in broad operating range can be made with a simple constitution. |
