PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic sensor having limited errors with a simple construction, by providing a coil winding frame housing a circular core inside with a part to wind a secondary coil while a circular primary coil is provided to achieve an accurate and sure positioning. CONSTITUTION:In the formula of a primary coil unit 4, a coil is wound at parts of angle intervals 221-224' between adjacent two protrusions of a coil winding frame 2 integrated with a cover 3 thereof housing a core thereinside in such a manner as to be the same in the number of turns and in the direction along the parts. On the other hand, a secondary coil unit comprises a secondary coil 5 which is wound at parts of intervals between protrusions 231, 232, 235 and 236 arranged in sets positioned on the same diameter of the coil winding frame 2 integrated with the cover 3 thereof 2 and an other secondary coil 6 wound over other parts of the same intervals likewise. Here, both ends of the primary coil 4 are connected to terminals 41 and 42 separately while both ends of the primary coils 5 and 6 to terminals 61 and 62 separately.
