PURPOSE:To facilitate assembling and disassembling of two units which are freely turnably supported by providing a leaf spring which is fixed at one end to a 1st unit and is detained at the other end to an arbitrary position of a turning shaft and energizes the turning shaft to a 2nd unit side. CONSTITUTION:The turning shaft 3 is pressed toward an inside [arrow (c) direction] and is pressed to the inside of a frame 1 in order to connect a frame 2 to the frame 1. Then, the leaf spring 8 which is detained to the groove part of the turning shaft 3 is deflected and the turning shaft 3 is energized diagonally outward and upward as shown by an arrow (a) by the recovering force thereof. After the turning shaft 3 is locked on the inside of the frame 1, the frame 2 is detained to a positioning projection 7 and is pressed downward toward the outside (arrow D direction), then the axial center of the turning shaft 3 shifts from b' to b and the turning shaft 3 slides toward the outside as the reaction force for resetting the leaf spring 8. The leaf spring 8 is then detained to a bent part 4b of a reinforcing plate 4, by which the frame 1, the reinforcing plate 4 and the frame 2 are positioned onto the turning shaft 3 and the frame 2 is opened and closed with respect to the frame 1.
