A method for concentrating oxidized copper ore comprises preparation of the pulp, introduction of an ionized sulphide therein and flotation. Before flotation, the pulp and/or water solution of the ionized sulphide is subjected to electrolysis at a current density of 5-500 A/m2. Use may be made of sulphides containing from 1 to 9 sulphur atoms. Such sulphides are introduced into the pulp having a temperature of 30-100°C.
|
