PURPOSE:To automatically perform the drift compensation of zero point offset voltage, by providing a zero point compensation means for correcting the output signal of the first operational amplifier on the basis of the change in the resistance value of a hot wire. CONSTITUTION:At first, the reference voltage Vref corresponding to the environmental temp. becoming a zero point, for example, 20 deg.C is preset. Herein, it is assumed that the resistance values of hot wires 11, 12 change by the environmental temp. or secular change. In this case, the potential T' of a contact S changes in proportion to the resistance values of the hot wires. This proportional relation is utilized to amplify the change in the resistance value of the hot wire 2 due to temp. change by the second operational amplifier 16 and the obtained output signal T is synthesized along with the output signal R of the first operational amplifier 15 and an output signal U is outputted as an angular velocity signal from the third operational amplifier 17 to erase the drift of zero point offset voltage. |
