<p>PURPOSE:To obtain data having good accuracy, by making it possible to correct a temp. characteristic different at every scintillator or amplifying part on the basis of the detection temp. of a temp. sensor. CONSTITUTION:A data collecting and processing apparatus 8 has a radiation source S emitting radiation B in a horizontal direction, a turntable 21 and a radiation detecting part 10 constituted by horizontally arranging a large number of detector units in parallel. Then, the collection of temp. data and the temp. data of a reference detector 9 are performed. Next, the temp. correction of scanning data is performed on the basis of offset data and, further, not only logarithmic conversion processing but also gain correction are performed and, at this time, the temp. correction of a gain is also performed on the basis of the temp. data of a scintillator 1. Further, reference correction is performed and, next, air correction using air data is performed to the reference correction data to obtain scanning data. By this method, the projection data of radiation having good accuracy is obtained.</p> |
