A compound of the formula

wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are the same or different and selected from a hydrogen atom or an acetyl group, or its pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt, and a pharmaceutical composition containing as an active ingredient the compound represented by the above formula for use as active pharmaceutical substance for diminishing appetite, in turn preventing and treating obesity.
