The rowing boat has a fixed seat (5) (4) for the crew, with sliding outriggers (1) at each side. The outriggers igidly attached to a footboard (3). The outrigger is mounted on a slide carriage which slides in a linear guide (11) preventing any skewing or locking of the outrigger either in the forward or in the reverse direction. The guide may have a shaft (12), or rail, parallel to boat longitudinal axis inside or outside of the boat hull (11a), on which is slidably, or rollably guided suspension member (3) for the outrigger (5). |
