PURPOSE:To efficiently form a product without any defect by heating a vessel setting a preform after exhausting air to vacuum, pouring matrix metal, pressurizing and solidifying this molten metal. CONSTITUTION:The preform of whiskers is set on a lower punch 10, and by opening a valve 22, the air is exhausted to the vacuum with a vacuum pump. After pouring the molten metal 14 melted in the vacuum melting furnace 2 into a sleeve 9, the upper punch 11 is lowered, to execute pressurization. After completing the pressurization and raising the upper punch 11, cooling with N2 gas is executed. By this method, the product having good quality can be efficiently formed.
