The backer comprises a casing with an electric motor and reduction gearing actuating a toothed wheel pair. This controls a large-pitch screw carrying a vertical moving plate via a sleeve and a stationary plate. Pins penetrating through slits, and a double folded plate fixed to a belt actuated by toothed sheels, have an actuator arm on one of the wheel spindles.
