摘要 By combining a vertical-axis turbine with two deflector plates (8, 9) and a cylinder rotating in the wind (4), a wind-jet turbine is created which faces into the wind automatically due to the wedge position of the deflector plates. The turbine, rotating cylinder (4) and deflector plates (8, 9) are connected at top and bottom to double legs (10), and move on wheels about a fixed axle (11) on a circular track (17) which absorbs their weight and the wind pressure. The deflector plates (8, 9) concentrate the incident wind to a jet in the ratio 1 to 0.55-0.59, with the rotating cylinder (4) stabilising the wind jet in the prolongation of one deflector plate (9), and guiding it into a circular path. The blades (6) of the vertical-axis turbine rotate coaxially about the rotating cylinder (4), which is rotated by the wind jet by means of vanes (5), utilising the lift and resistance of the wind jet to obtain energy, with an efficiency of 35-45%. The turbine blades are of lamellar design and guide the wind flow so that 60% of the blades are impacted. The cost/benefit ratio of the wind-jet turbine is very good. <IMAGE>
