摘要 PURPOSE:To prepare a food raw material having stable quality and resistant to discoloration, by using an apparatus composed of a crushing part, a water- pouring and mixing part, a kneading part and a cooling and forming part and crushing whole soybeans, mixing with water, kneading under heat and pressure, cooling the mixture and extrusion molding the product. CONSTITUTION:Whole soybean charged through a charging port 7 is crushed with a noncompression-type crushing screw 92 mainly by shearing force. Water is poured through a pouring port 14 and mixed with the crushed soybean. The mixture is kneaded under heat and pressure in a kneading part D and extrusion molded while being cooled with a cooling die 22. An excellent food raw material can be continuously prepared by this process in high efficiency.
