PURPOSE:To prevent the work efficiency from being deteriorated, even if the number of cases of a request of copying increases by displaying the information of a work which is allocated based on a copying request and a work state in accordance with every work job site. CONSTITUTION:In accordance with a request of copying, the contents of copying related to its offered document are inputted successively to a receiving terminal equipment, and a worker of each job site inputs each work state to work terminal equipments 31-3n. Based on this copying request contents and the work state, a work allocating means 4 executes a work allocation in each job site. The algorithm of this work allocation is determined by a scale of a system to be constructed, the processing capacity of each job site, the work environment, a desired group, etc. As for this work allocation, information related to the work is displayed on a display means 51 corresponding to the job site. The worker of the job site concerned executes the work which is specified by the display information. |
