PURPOSE:To reduce waste liquid treatment cost by diluting raw liquid of organic waste liquid with water and then carrying out solid-liquid separation. CONSTITUTION:Raw liquid 1 of shochu (economy class distilled spirits) distillation waste liquid is guided to a dilution.cooling tank 2 and diluted with waste to lower the concentration of soil substances, while high temperature raw liquid 1 is cooled to lower its viscosity. The raw liquid 1 is guided to a solid-liquid separation tank 10 in said state, and first swimming sludge separated by the swimming separation method is transferred to a sludge mixing tank 20, while supernatant water is guided to an aeration tank 12 through a second adjusting tank 11. Also, the supernatant water and primary precipitated sludge are separated by precipitating flock by the precipitate separation method, and said primary precipitated sludge is transferred to the sludge mixing tank 20, while the supernatant water is guided to the aeration tank 12 through the second adjusting tank 11. Then, the flocks guided to the first precipitation tank 13 and formed with aeration are sedimented and its supernatant is guided into a catalytic cracking tank 14 in which the supernatant is catalytically cracked with a microbe membrane, and guided into a sedimentation tank 15. After that, sterilization treatment is carried out in a diinfection.discharge tank 18 and discharged 19. |
