PURPOSE:To facilitate fitting and removal of a swivel bracket and a clamp bracket by forming a recess in either of them, inserting a fit-in part of the other of them into this recess, and thereby installing the two members. CONSTITUTION:A downward facing recess 18 is formed at the oversurface of a clamp bracket 11. The part around the opening at the top of this recess 18 is open outward, and the part over it is formed in inverted V. A swivel bracket 20, on the other hand, is provided with a vertical shaft hole 21 for a vertical shaft to support the body of an outboard engine, and a horizontal shaft 22 to the left and right is inserted in the part extended ahead from the top. The ends of this horizontal shaft 22 shall protrude from the swivel bracket 20, and the protrusion can be inserted in the recess 18. |
