PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded food product of a novel mode, in which heat easily transfers at a low cost to a central part.SOLUTION: At a molding process of molded food products 20 and 21 before heated, on a road for transferring the molded food products 20 and 21, a pore-forming roller 12 having a projection 31 on a circumference is caused to contact from the direction opposite to the direction of travel of the food products 20 and 21, so that a line formed of a plurality of pores 23 is so formed in the food product 21 as to pass through a center X of the food product 21 in a top plan view of the pore-forming roller 12 by the rotation .
