PURPOSE:To uniformly and completely thin the dielectric layer of a capacitor and to easily damage a dielectric by constituting the capacitor of a tag of the burr of a metal foil for an electric circuit, a metal foil for an electrode and a bonding agent layer therebetween. CONSTITUTION:A needle is used from the aluminum foil 2 side of the capacitor part 21 of a circuit substrate on which an etching is completed and the electric circuit is formed to open a through hole 7 including the bonding agent layer 4 integrated with the aluminum foil 2 and a polypropylene film 1. At this time, the end of the aluminum foil 2 for the electric circuit of the part of the hole protrudes the polypropylene film 1 of the dielectric and the bonding agent layer 4 to form the 'burr' shape 8. Then, the aluminium foil 6 for the electrode of a complete size for forming the capacitor is bonded to the part of the through hole 7 by a heated metal mold so as to obtain a specified resonance frequency. Thereby, a completely thin dielectric film thickness is obtained to completely damage the insulation of this dielectric and erase the function of the resonance tag. |
