The moulding device consists of resistance heaters in housings machined in the two platens which are hinged together and carry plates with cavities forming mould halves for the food portions. The lower platen is fixed to a head which incorporates the controls and carries the hinged arms for the upper platen. The upper mould half has a prong in each cavity, on which the food portion to be moulded is positioned. All the cavities have an end extension for positioning the sticks to be incorporated in the prod. |
