1. Device to clamp at least two pieces side by side to be joined, intended to be inserted into at least two bores aligned one with respect to the other provided, respectively, in said pieces, of the type comprising : - a head capable of resting on one face of one piece and which is provided with a hole, the longitudinal axis of which is shifted with respect to the longitudinal axis of the head, - the hole being capable of slidably receiving a rod, threaded at least at its end portion adjacent to the head, the other end which comprising a peg, and - a nut intended to cooperate with the threaded portion of the rod so that, after insertion of the clamping device into the bores, during which the peg is aligned with respect to the bores, and after rotation of the rod, and hence of the peg, up to a position wherein the latter projects with respect to the bores, rotation of the nut makes it possible to clamp the pieces to be joined between the head and the peg, characterized in that said clamping device (1, 1') comprises blocking means comprising a first member (18, 18') fast with the head (8, 8') and a second member (15, 15') rotating with the rod (10, 10') and capable of being rotated by the nut (14, 14') together with the rod (10, 10') between said aligned position and said projected position, projected position wherein said first and second blocking members cooperate to block the rotation of the rod, so that any further rotation in the same direction of the nut causes an axial translation of the rod in the direction of clamping of the pieces. |
