PURPOSE: To attain electric conduction of low resistance by heating an applied conductor precursor under the existence of oxygen, forming an intermediate coat on a base material and converting the coat into a crystalline rare earth/ alkaline earth/copper oxide type electric conductor. CONSTITUTION: A conductor precusor having the grains of metalligand compounds of rare earth metals, alkaline earth metals and copper including at least one sort of heat volatile ligand is applied. An insulating base material 102 is prepared and provided with an aperture 104 expanded between the 1st and 2nd main surfaces 106, 108 of the material 102. A metallic pad 110 is arranged on the 1st main surface 106 of the material 102. Thick films 114, 116 are arranged on the 1st and 2nd main surfaces of the material 102. Consequently high Tc and superconductivity are obtained on various base materials. |
