PURPOSE:To sharply improve the corrosion resistance of a strap by using a cellular structure or a resin structure practically with no crystallization of the beta phase and made of nondirectional crystal grains for the solidification structure of the strap. CONSTITUTION:A Pb-Sb or Pb-Sb-As alloy strap made of metal fibers with the average crystal grain size of 0.6mm or below at the time of solidification and practically having no beta phase is used. It is necessary to reduce the Sb content to the extent possible to suppress the crystallization of the beta phase, the content less than 1.8wt.% is preferable. When the strap having the cellular structure or resin structure made of nondirectional fine crystal grains is used, the corrosion resistance can be remarkably improved. |
