PURPOSE:To enable floral differentiation of plant, breaking of dormancy and raise of preserving effects of rootless tree plant, by placing plants in the interior of a house having constitution of heat insulation and light shielding, spraying liquid nitrogen in the house and controlling temperature and the amount oxygen in the house. CONSTITUTION:Wall part 7 consists of a heat insulating material, the top of a roof is covered with a chemical coating film 8 and a light shielding net 10 is detachably applied to the chemical coating film to construct a house. Plants are placed in the house, an automatic temperature controlling box 4 is attached to the house and temperature is set so that a release valve 2 in the house is opened by reaction of a temperature sensing element 5 in the house, liquid nitrogen in a liquid nitrogen container 1 is sprayed through a spreading tube 3, the house is maintained at a set temperature and an amount of oxygen in the house is extremely reduced to suppress respiration of plant. Consequently, floral differentiation of plant can be artificially effected, dormancy of plant artificially broken and preserving effects of rootless tree plant artificially raised. |
