PURPOSE:To satisfy the purpose of not only repairment of overhead ground-wire but also prevention of unexpected fault, by winding grips at the opposite sides of a point where strands of an optical fiber combined ground-wire are cut, then pulling the strands each other through a turn-buckle. CONSTITUTION:When strands of an on optical fiber ground wire(OPGW) are cut, grips 1, 1' are wound at the opposite sides of the cut point B. Then a turn-buckle 2 is arranged at the cut point B and hooked with the winding grips 1, 1' so as to pull the strands each other. By each method, local elongation of strands can be corrected thus reducing local distortion. Furthermore, repairing work can be performed easily and quickly. |
