Photoelectric receiver

A photoelectric receiver for converting light intensity changes into electrical signals is described. The photoelectric receiver comprises a phototransistor (PT1), an amplifier transistor (T1) and a feedback network. The collector of the phototransistor (PT1) is connected to the base of the amplifier transistor (T1). The feedback network consists of a parallel circuit of a resistor (RG) and a capacitor (CF). The feedback network is connected between the emitter of the amplification transistor (T1) and earth. The voltage occurring across the feedback network is supplied to the phototransistor (PT1).
