PURPOSE:To obtain a photographic sensitive material high enough in drying speed adapted to rapid processing by regulating to <=95wt.% the remaining rate of the photographic layer of the photographic sensitive material provided with photosensitive silver halide emulsion layers after color development processing. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide color photographic sensitive material is provided with at least one photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer, and the remaining rate of the photographic layer after the color development processing is regulated to <=95wt.%. Said photographic layer means a hydrophilic colloidal layer formed on the support on the side of the photosensitive layer. Said remaining rate of the photographic layer means the weight ratio of the photographic layer after the color development processing to that before it, both measured by using unexposed photographic sensitive materials, thus permitting the obtained photosensitive material to attain sufficient sensitivity and color density by short time processing, to have superior fixability and water rinsability, to leave no residual coloring, and to be dried in a short time. |
