PURPOSE:To provide a lightweight small-sized patella equipment excellent in a wearing feeling and enhancing the effects of protection, pain removal and correction by providing a fixing part press band, which is provided in the direction same to the longitudinal direction of a connection belt, to a patella fixing part on the surface side thereof and providing a patella press pad to the rear of the fixing part press band. CONSTITUTION:An equipment 1 is a small-sized lightweight one constituted of a patella fixing part 2 made of silicone rubber, the connection belt 3 mounted to one end of the patella fixing part 2 and the fixing part press band 4 provided to the front of the patella fixing part 2 under tension. An oval hole 5 is provided to the patella fixing part 2 in the vicinity of the center thereof. In mounting this equipment, the hole 5 is brought into contact with the region of the patella and the connection belt 3 is turned from the rear of a leg to be loosely engaged with the mouth-shaped metal fitting provided to the other end of the patella fixing part 2 to be again returned to the rear of the leg and subsequently pulled so as to apply proper pressure to the affected part to be engaged with the connection belt 3 by the surface fastener 6 provided to the end part of the connection belt 3. The patella fixing part 2 is constituted of silicone rubber having an extensible knitted fabric 22 enclosed therein.
