PURPOSE:To easily grow an electrolytic polymerized film and to obtain a solid electrolytic capacitor having excellent high frequency characteristics, withstand voltage and the like by a method wherein, after manganese dioxide has adhered to an anodized film of valve metal, a conductive electrolytic polymerized polymer is formed. CONSTITUTION:A conductive electrolytic polymerized polymer is formed on the anodic oxide film formed on a valve metal through the intermediary of manganese dioxide. Said electrolytic polymerized high molecule is the high molecule obtained by oxidative polymerization of the monomer at an anode selected from pyrrole, thiophene or their delivative. The electrolytic polymerized film having excellent conductivity is formed at room temperature using low voltage in the state wherein there is no repetition of a high temperature treatment. As a result, the electrolytic polymerized film can be grown easily, and the solid electrolytic capacitor having excellent high frequency characteristics, withstand voltage and the like can be obtained. |
