The insulation tapolin from waste scrap of nylon is made by adhering of nylon film (1) and insulation sheet (3). The nylon film is made by extrusion of nylon scrap and 5-10 wt.% pigment and the insulation sheet is made from the mixt. of 80 wt.% glass fiber and 20 wt.% cotton fiber by carding and tapping. The nylon film and the insulation sheet are adhered by heating and compressing to form the insulation sheet.
