<p>The invention relates to a flexible pipeline having an inner tube made of a flexible material providing leaktightness, a protective outer coating made of a flexible material, at least one annular section comprising reinforcements between the inner tube and the protective outer coating, and, usually, an inner metallic carcass. The pipeline comprises a passage means (6, 7, 7a; 9) providing communication between said annular section and the external environment, said means being provided with a quick-opening, quick- closing valve (8) constructed so as to open and close under predetermined differential pressures inside said annular section. <IMAGE></p> |
