This built-in PLC function type drive control device has a drive control unit for performing inverter-controlling of a load such as a motor and a PLC unit for executing the PLC function. This device is provided with a control parameter identifier setting area for storing identifiers for control parameters and a control parameter storage area for temporarily storing the values of the control parameters. The drive control unit is provided with a control parameter replacement control part that: reads, from the control parameters of the drive control unit, the value of a control parameter which corresponds to an identifier in the control parameter identifier setting area specified as a control parameter to be read, and writes the control parameter to the control parameter storage area; and reads, from the control parameter storage area, an updated value of a control parameter which corresponds to an identifier in the control parameter identifier setting area specified as a control parameter to be written, and writes the updated value to the control parameter of the drive control unit. |
