PACKING CONTAINER AND ITS METHOD

PURPOSE:To protect merchandise from colliding with each other even when they fall down by mistake during handling thereof, by shifting fixed positions of lateral partition plates for longitudinal partition plates in order to shift positions of the space formed in the both sides of the longitudinal partition plates. CONSTITUTION:Lateral partition plates 12 for packing container are fixed in both ends at their adjacent longitudinal partition plates 11 which are supported at said both ends as fulcrums to form bellows. The fixed positions of the lateral partition plates 12 are so shifted that the spaces 13 formed in both sides of the longitudinal partition plates 11 are transferred alternately to both sides. Merchandise 14 are contained in the spaces 13 for the packing container which are opened by a pulling force to part the longitudinal partition plates 11. Thereafter, the merchandise are packed by a compressive force to fasten them from both sides in the direction to approach the longitudinal partition plates to each other. Therefore, even when a strong impact from the outside is given due to a fall or the like on storaging or transferring, the merchandise do not collide with each other and have no damage due to cushioning parts of the clearances among the merchandise.
