an oscillator configured to generate an oscillating signal; a complementary to absolute temperature (CTAT) current generator configured to supply a CTAT current to the oscillator to temperature compensate a frequency of the oscillating signal; a supply voltage generator configured to generate a first supply voltage for the oscillator using a second supply voltage; and a frequency-to-digital converter (FDC) configured to generate a digital output code indicative of the second supply voltage in response to receiving the oscillating signal. |
