<p>PURPOSE:To attempt to utilize effectively the thermal energy in an exhaust gas by introducing directly part of the exhaust gas from a clinker cooling device into an air channel which communicates with a cyclone in the upper section and at the same time connecting a generator to a cyclone provided at the uppermost of the air channel to generate electricity by the thermal energy which the exhaust gas has. CONSTITUTION:The exhaust gas that is introduced to an air channel W2 through a bleed air pipe 9 from a cooling device 3 ascends through cyclones S1, S3, S5 and S7 in this order as the exhaust gas exchanges heat with a raw material and, further, the exhaust gas that is introduced to the upper section of the air channel W2 through the branched bleed pipe 9 ascends through cyclones from S5 to S7 as the exhaust gas exchanges heat with the raw material and both exhaust gases are sucked into a discharge pipe 4b by an air discharging device 5b. The temperature of the exhaust gas is about 300 deg.C and it generates high pressure steam when it is introduced into a boiler 12. A generator 14 is driven by this steam energy. The exhaust gas from a clinker cooling device 3 does not contain alkali or sulfuric acid. It is only clean exhaust gas so that it gives no damage to the generator.</p> |
