发明名称 MEANDERING CONTROL METHOD FOR TANDEM MILL
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To correct the meandering only for the stand generating a pressure difference, to prevent that the meandering correcting control of each stand interferes to another stands by performing correcting on the front stage stand through a fluctuating portion of the stress difference on the rear stage stand. CONSTITUTION:Stress detectors 14 - 44 obtain the outlet side stress difference of each stand 1 - 4 and load those on meandering control circuits 12 - 42. When the stress difference is positive, the meandering control circuits 12 - output a meandering signal to constrict the rolling reduction through the rolling reducing device on the operating side. Correcting circuits 13 - 33 operate the stress difference to output the meandering correcting signal. By the added value of this meandering correcting signal and the meandering correcting signals of the meandering control circuits 12 - 42 on concerned stands, the rolling reduction control is performed. When the outlet side stress difference of the concerned stand is caused by meandering control of the other stand, the rolling reducing devices 11 - 41 are driven only for its component. By this method, the meandering correcting control of the tandem mill is enabled performing favorably without interfering between each stand.</p>
