PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam structure member which prevents occurrence of electric corrosion etc., achieves excellent joint strength, and prevents a complicated manufacturing process.SOLUTION: A beam structure member 100 includes: a first cylindrical member 11; a first resin layer 15 which is laminated on an outer peripheral surface of the first member 11 by injection molding; and a second member 17 which is disposed overlapping with the first resin layer 15, made of a light alloy material, and has a cylindrical part.
